We are also extremely blessed to be supported by an amazing Resource Team. We are incredibly proud of the team, and the difference they make to individuals and communities every day. Every training course or workshop has it's own dedicated resource team who are committed to supporting learning and to giving something back. Hand picked, every resource team member has first hand experience of the training you are about to experience.
Often they have worked with us for many years and occupy senior positions in their own organisations, or own their own businesses. They commit to the programme because they value the chance to be involved in learning and because they want to give something back. Their involvement also serves as an ongoing development opportunity for some.

Angela Watson
- The Visionary & Founder
A pioneering visionary for change and learning. Having successfully extablished PGD Coaching Solutions, Angela's focus is on helping individuals and organisations create the future they want, and to enjoy the journey. Her passion is to bring non - directive, people centred coaching to life for individuals and organisations. An Executive Coach, Master Practitioner ,Trainer in NLP and a specialist in Clean facilitation, Angela is best known for coaching and training coaches and managers in non- directive NLP based approaches for achieving positive change.
Angela has been described as creating a safe place for people to be real, and is particularly talented at asking powerfully incisive questions which spark creative thinking and quickly get to the heart of the matter.
Angela is co-author of a paper published in the International Journal of Clinical Leadership " "Developing capable and competent improvement leaders in NHS general practice:an evaluation of the Practice Leaders Programme (Portsmouth)". The International Journal of Clinical Leadership, 2008; 16:166-177
In her previous life Angela's career was in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sales, NHS Management, and Service Improvement. So she brings knowledge and experience from the cutting edge of medicine and management to mix powerfully in the developmental work. Her experience, knowldege, and skills have come from health and social sciences, systems thinking, together with the vast world of practical psychology and cognitive linguistics. So she is well equipped to lead the company.
Mark Grainger:The Communication Skills Specialist.
A communication skills specialist, Mark has been involved with PGD Coaching since its inception. In his previous life he worked across the Health and Beauty Industry in Sales, Research and Development, for household names such as Loreal and Schwarzkopf, before jumping off the corporate treadmill to "do his own thing".
He is now happily working as a freelance consultant, and entrepeneur, heading up The Resource Team at PGD. Mark is multi- talented with exceptional relating and storytelling skills. Mark enjoys teaching whenever he can - and you'll find him on courses wowing delegates with his amazing insights, stories, skilfully supporting the learning, and cooking delicious food - a special treat for us all ....especially in Turkey.
Mike Rawlins: The Leadership Guru
Our newest member, Mike is a fully qualified coach, writer, and experienced presenter who creates leadership content for our BLOG. He is also a musician. Mike enjoys supporting
managers to work with their teams to develop high performing leadership capability, and to turn theory into practice.
