A two day course introducing practical work applications of CLEAN PRINCIPLES. Say It! Hear It! teaches people how to:

  • Create relationships that respect the thinking, the contribution, and problem- solving ability of everyone at every level.
     
  • Enjoy facilitated learning, group work, and personal reflection time to prepare the way to navigate your success.
  • Consider the transformative impact CLEAN  processes can have on your leadership, your teams, your client and customer relationships and your life with other like minded people who will become part of your community.

Here's how it works.

 

To give you the information you want, this 2 day course will be run using  "CLEAN PRINCIPLES", which means that instead of assuming we know what you want from spending the time with us we'll start by asking you what you would like to have happen, and then we'll organise the time to ensure everyone's needs are met.

 

During our time together on the course simply choose something to work on, build on the knowledge you already have, open your mind to new ideas, ...and you're ready to go in two days! It's a great way for us to get to know one another while you get tons of valuable information that you can apply right away.

 

 What you'll cover in the workshop
